Curently, she is the chairman of Beijing Zhongke Derun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. She has 13 years of experience in marketing, corporate management and operation. Early, she established the authoritative international expert group in polymer materials jointly formed by Princeton University, Stanford University and Nano Materials Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and successfully acquired the technology of ecological plastics as the China's independent intellectual property rights of invention patent technology. It has found the best solution to the problem of white pollution caused by the slow degradation of ordinary plastics. With years of experience in scientific research and management, Wang Lihong has planned the layout of relevant patents and standards for ecological plastic technology, obtained 14 invention patents with independent intellectual property rights in China and over 100 invention patents for planning. She has also presided and participated in the drafting of 6 national standards, over 30 local standards and over 20 group standards. For the transformation and upgrading of traditional plastic packaging industry, sustainable development of environmental degradable plastic packaging industry, she established a sound standard guidance system. She has won the honorary titles such as Qilu Female Inventor, Heroine of Low Carbon in Shandong and Jinan March Red Flag. In 2015, she was selected as an innovative and entrepreneurship talent by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC, and won the Chinese Agricultural Science and Technology Award and the Shandong Innovative and Entrepreneurship Award simultaneously. In 2017,she was selected into the leading talents for scientific and technological entrepreneurship in the third batch of national Ten-thousand Talents Programs. In 2020, she was selected as the 13th Five-Year advanced science and technology worker by China Plastic Processing Industry Association.

Dr. Robert Minimi is a doctor of biochemistry in Princeton University, and once worked as a vice president and chief technology officer of International Speciality Product (ISP) Company. He has jointly studied the technology of how to degrade plastics with his schoolfellow Mohajer in terms of their common interests for nearly ten years.

Dr. Joseph Diamond is a senior member in the American Chemical Society and the American Physical Society. He is currently a professor of Chemistry Department at Linfield College and has experience in environmental chemistry and physical chemistry research for many years.

Dr. Joseph Mohajer is a doctor of polymer science in Princeton University, and has worked in Honey Well as an American well-known enterprise. He has specialized in the research on science and technology of degradable plastics for 13 years.

Zhu Jingsong is a doctor of biochemistry in University of Southern California. Since 2005, he has joined the EBP technology research and development team and made a great contribution to integrating the latest achievements in the field of nano/polymer science into EBP technology.

Zhou Jinglun is a doctor of materials, and now works as the chief technology officer of company. He has 10 years of professional experience in the research of degradable plastics, and was in charge of carrying out nearly 20 scientific research projects at all levels.
